Refund/Exchange Policy
We prioritize quality and customer satisfaction. Please note the following:
1. Non-Refundable Products: Due to nature of the product, we do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
2. Exchange Policy: Exchanges are allowed only in cases of manufacturing defects.
3. Exchange Window: If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, you may request an exchange within 2 days of receiving the goods. Requests made beyond this period will not be accepted.
4. Conditions for Exchange: The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase to qualify for an exchange.
5. Shipping Costs: For defective products, we will bear the shipping cost of the exchange. For all other cases, shipping charges are non-refundable.
